Look, if you had, one shot, or one opportunity
To seize everything you ever wanted, one moment
Would you capture it?
Or just let it slip

Bear Crawls??

Obviously there was an error in my carefully planned schedule...2 trainers back to back that heart bear crawls??  Hit Tyson @ 121st & State Line last night...Let me tell ya, he is legit.  He could hang at the 7-6 (State Line) anytime:)  I give him a 5 glove rating!  He was upbeat and combos were fairly simple, but could get some power..Just how I like it!  I also liked that it was "Boxing" but he added some kicks in also.  Bear crawls for about 2 laps was fine, except later in the workout came back with more bear crawls with push-ups in between.  This was truly a test! Then, when I thought I knew just what to expect, he lines us up at the end for a relay!  2 teams vs. each other with 3 power punches and a kick on each bag down the row.  Then, sprint back to the next person and pass on the pressure of not going too slow and losing for the team.  It was announced that losers would be doing push-ups.  Of course, our team banded together and kicked some booty.  But, I still felt inclined to do some extra push-ups.  After all, won't that help my arms and the joy of winning the competition was all I needed.

After an OK nights sleep, I woke up with a headache this morning and immediately thought...H2O!  After the grueling, water draining workout last night, my body was giving me the What UP??   After downing some H2O, threw the gear on and made it out the door at 5:42.  At least I had already laid my stuff out last night and was headed into the somewhat known expectations for Zach's class at the 7-6.  As I walk through the door at Title, Jason asks..."Day 3?"  He had no idea how much I was talking to myself on the ride over in an attempt to get the sore muscles pumped up.  Sometimes trainers, such as Jason did today, have no idea what an impact they can make with 2 simple words.  That was rockin and just what I needed to put one foot in front of the other!

Zach always cracks me up as he rolls in right on the beat of go time with a milk jug full of water.  Zach did not disappoint today and each bear crawl felt like I was climbing Mt. Everest.  On a normal Wed or Fri morning Zach class, I have no problem hitting the outside perimeter with bear crawls.  Today was total mental and wasn't sure how my brain was telling all my limbs to move.  I know at one point I just zoned out while doing the multiple squat jumps and wondering if the time could go any faster.  At the end of class, I did let Zach know that I was not "breaking up" with him, only spreading the love around for the next 30+ days in my quest for 40 days, 40 trainers!

Hydration, Rest, Protein and Fresh Carbs today and tomorrow.  I think I will need it to join the legendary Cisco at the 6:30p Parkville Club for round 4.  Chiarelli has told me all bout his crazy classes and never knows what he has in his back pocket for each class.  I'm looking forward to taking in all the positive energy he brings!  Also, am pumped to get one of the St. Paddy's shirts at the club...Kiss Me I'm a Boxer!
